Our processes guarantee our respondents are who they say they are, as we can verify using LinkedIn and by confirming business email addresses (domains) etc. You can even follow up with respondents after the research with a TDI or request a recording of a specific interview.

The SCR Executive Interviewing Centre (EIC) work non-stop with more than 30 Executive Interviewers to reach target respondents at the most convenient time for them.

Our methodologies and processes are constantly monitored and we rely on our in-house, highly qualified consultants for advice on the most adequate methods for your project. Each B2B project being quite unique, we adapt and tailor our methods based on your requirements.

We can also manage end to end project management when you’re using a mixed mode approach. For budget reasons, some clients may wish (where possible) to prioritise web-based interviewing (as it’s relatively cheaper and quick but possibly at the expense of quality ) and topping up with custom recruitment (more expensive and slow but the highest quality available).
